an in-depth look

BOXING FUNDAMENTALS

Where it all starts! This class focuses primarily on the fundamentals, including tight economical structure, the 4 directional footwork patterns, diving board strikes, and effective defensive shields. You will practice with partners to learn proper punch structure, effective defense, head movement and much more. Cardiovascular fitness along with bodyweight training are also a part of this low contact class.

BOXING & CONDITIONING

Time to get into outstanding shape and build conditioning for any life scenario!  Don't let the name scare you though, this class is just as fun as it is effective. 6 rounds of boxing, partner drills and a countless variety of exercises, it's sure to get you in the shape of your life!

BAG WORK & CORE

Time to let it all out and leave it on the bag!! Hone in your boxing technique and let go of the frustrations of the week with our Bag Work & Core Class. This fast paced class is built specifically for building stability and strength throughout the powerhouse of the body!

CM STRIKING & DRILLING

The nuts and bolts of the crazy monkey defense program. With a great emphasis on the importance of both defense and offense, here you will learn how to ride the storm defensively, execute proper technique in your strikes and develop the confidence and mental resilience you seek in your ability to defend yourself. Our drills are designed to prepare you for self-preservation while simultaneously keeping you in functional shape.

BOXING & STRENGTH

Develop boxing skills while simultaneously building strength where it matters most. No need for multiple gym memberships, this class amplifies our clients strength, stability  and power, enabling them to both feel stronger and perform functional feats easier than ever before.

STRETCH & MOBILITY

Half of all injuries are due to a lack of mobility and flexibility? Our Stretch & Mobility Class offers injury prevention solutions, while simultaneously opening up range of motion for better athletic performance, increased energy, recovery and mobility freedom.

jiu-jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is the art of submissions and control and is a vital tool for self-defense. Our unique BJJ program combines the enjoyment of the sport with its intent as a self preservation tool all wrapped up in a playful class flow and function with ego-free like-minded people.

sparring

Where we put the skills to the test! An invite only class, Sparring class is designed for students who have developed fundamental techniques and skills and wish to test them in a safe but challenging environment.

open mat

Open Mat class is where all come to play, hone their skills, catch what they may have missed that week and take a laid back day for to hang and work on their game. It's a chance to work on whatever you'd like while having the support and knowledge from like-minded individuals.

Our kids boxing and jujutsu classes help build confidence, discipline, self-control, and a strong foundation for personal growth that lasts a lifetime! We balance playful drills and exercise sin both disciplines to be well rounded, teach valuable Life lessons and anti-bully techniques. As an approved ASD vendor, we know the importance of letting children learn, play, burn energy and get frustrations out in a healthy and safe way.
