Where it all starts! This class focuses primarily on the fundamentals, including tight economical structure, the 4 directional footwork patterns, diving board strikes, and effective defensive shields. You will practice with partners to learn proper punch structure, effective defense, head movement and much more. Cardiovascular fitness along with bodyweight training are also a part of this low contact class.
Time to get into outstanding shape and build conditioning for any life scenario! Don't let the name scare you though, this class is just as fun as it is effective. 6 rounds of boxing, partner drills and a countless variety of exercises, it's sure to get you in the shape of your life!
