What is Crazy Monkey Defense?

Crazy Monkey Defense is one of the finest boxing based martial art programs in the world. We will teach you the skills, techniques and mindset strategies that will make you a great martial artist and give you the confidence you seek in your ability to defend yourself. The aim of CM, both in terms of technique and approach, is to give everyone the tools they need to feel completely safe, no matter the pressure. We take a balanced approach, teaching you to ride the storm and develop confidence with your defense so you can use your offense intelligently. With safety comes confidence, with confidence comes the ability to develop functional, applicable skills. CM is a program that balances offensive prowess with robust defensive strategies, preparing practitioners to weather any storm of strikes.

What is Chaotic Balance Boxing?

Based in CM structure Chaotic Balance Boxing is our newest boxing class! Born out of the desire to help balance the chaos of everyday life as well as ease the journey and understanding in learning to defend one self. One class to cover all the bases skillsets, cardio, strength, stress management, fun and community!! So you learn the skills while “Getting Fit not Hit”

What makes CM different?

The methodologies and approach. In the heat of a skirmish, the ability to effectively shield against an onslaught can dramatically turn the tide in one's favor. This insight laid the foundation for a program that balances offensive prowess with robust defensive strategies wether it be boxing, kickboxing or on the ground, preparing practitioners to weather any storm in the gym, on the street and in life!

Can I just do fitness without doing martial arts?

Yes, we do offer fitness classes that while might have some functional martial movements, are still fitness based. All classes are labeled to ensure you find what you’re looking for. We also offer one-on-one programs with our expert trainers who customize your training based on your goals and preferences.

How long is each class?

All classes are 45 minutes. If longer or shorter times will be listed.


Do you offer free trials?

Yes we offer free intro sessions. Additionally, we offer new potential members discounted pricing on one week and buy one get one free class passes.


How do I get started?

super simple, just click get started anywhere on the website to book your free intro session . You will you get a tour of the gym, a breakdown of all of our programs and a chance to meet our coaches. Then we will discuss your goals and what we can do to help you achieve them to see if we are a good fit for you.


Do you give guidance on nutrition and recovery?

Yes we provide guidance on nutrition and recovery. We also offer type of the line supplementation to assist you in reaching your goals.



Do I need to be fit or in shape to join?

Absolutely not! Most of our members started just like you, at the beginning!! We will build your fitness level and skill set progressively, at your pace and as your confidence increases!



How many days a week should I train?

If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust. You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize!



What is the difference between Chaotic Balance Boxing classes and CM martial arts?

Chaotic Balance Boxing classes are fitness based and geared towards learning the skills of boxing while combining strength, fitness and conditioning. Crazy Monkey Striking-Kickboxing and Jiu jutsu classes are martial arts classes that are partner based and have a higher level of contact due to their focus on self preservation and defense.
