Our 45 min high intensity hybrid boxing classes are designed to push your limits while sharpening your technique and get you in shape fast. You’ll rotate through boxing drills, heavy bag drills, mitt work, rowers, air dyne bikes, jump rope exercises and full body strength training for a workout that builds endurance, power and precision. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced boxer, our coaches will help you refine your skills and maximize your performance. crazy monkey defense

In these 45 min class we coach the core components of the crazy monkey defense program. You will learn the body mechanics, structure, techniques and understanding of the whole body movement as they apply to boxing/kickboxing, jiu jitsu and self defense. The aim of CM, both in terms of technique and approach, is to give everyone the tools they need to feel completely safe, no matter the pressure. We take a balanced approach in offense and defense, teaching you to ride the storm and develop confidence with your defense so you can use your offense intelligently. With safety comes confidence, with confidence comes the ability to develop functional, applicable skills.
