Chaotic Balance One on One personal coaching is what we do best! Based in moment, mindfulness and accountability this program delivers results. Whether you’re just starting out, looking to lose weight, develop or improve your ability to defend yourself, gain functional strength and conditioning or want to focus on building healthy habits. Each personal training session will be 45 minutes and can be scheduled throughout the day. We specialize in strength and conditioning, fat loss, rehabilitation and much more.
