what to expect

We have created a fun, non-competitive, ego free training environment based in accountability where we encourage clients to make positive change, push past their comfort zones to build a foundation of fitness, confidence and belief in ones self to be prepared to face life’s challenges head on!!!!

Important information to have before coming to class!

show up early

We recommend arriving at the studio 10-15 minutes BEFORE class start time for check-in and to get warmed up. You will be guided through a proper warm-up along with a thorough break down of each movement performed throughout the class.

don't be late

Please be courteous and do your best to be on time. THERE WILL BE NO ENTRY FIVE MINUTES AFTER THE CLASS HAS STARTED. We want to be mindful to not cause interruptions or injuries from not warming up properly.

have proper gear

Gloves and wraps are required to participate in classes. We want to prevent injury and therefore have equipment for sale if you are unable to bring your own.
